Fans are essential to any extraction system since they provide the air which bares waste throughout the system. The Moldow fans are highly efficient and ensure reliable, energy-optimized and noise-reduced operation.
For more than 50 years, Moldow has developed and manufactured fans for all industrial purposes. All Moldow fans are custom-made to the specific project and tested and balanced before leaving our facilities in Denmark to ensure the best performance possible.

Extraction Fan – Essential to Energy-Optimized Performance
A complete Moldow dust extraction system with Moldow’s own extraction and emptying fans ensures a highly energy efficient system that uses up to 80% less energy than competing systems in combination with our ENSACO. We ensure highest efficiency by using our FanDim software in dimensioning the fan to match the air and pressure required in the process. Each fan is custom-made according to these dimensions.
Moldow fans used in conjunction with ENSACO and variable frequency drive allow optimization of the energy used by matching the provided air to the required air. The fans can be supplied with silencers and noise attenuation if required.
Our fans are designed and constructed for durability, further each construction is optimized for efficiency, low noise, reliability and serviceability.
