Moldow offers a range of trim separation systems for the paper, carton and corrugated cardboard industries. Our systems can be used as the main separation component in your extraction system and are compact enough to be placed directly over your bailer or compactor.
Our DanSep family of paper waste separators are energy efficient, effective and compact. We have units available for air flows from 6,000 to 60,000 m3/h. The DanSep can be used to separate waste and trim from air in the paper & corrugated production as well as the printing industry. DanSep can separate most paper materials in thicknesses ranging from films to corrugated cardboard.

After separation of the trim and waste many processes within the paper, pulp & printing industries are left with dust. Typically, environmental requirements do not allow the venting of the process dust to the atmosphere or back into the building without filtration. Moldow specializes in designing energy efficient dust collectors for almost any material utilized within the paper, pulp & printing industries e.g.: paper, corrugated or carton board products, carton boxes, coffee filters and book binding.
Moldow utilizes bag filter technology to capture your process dust. Our many years of experience with this technology makes us capable of designing and manufacturing reliable waste filters for paper and cardboard that thanks to the low energy consumption, high efficiency and flexible process control ensure low costs for your company.
The Moldow Baghouse filters and separators are used widely in the production of:
- Packing cases
- Coffee filters
- Cardboard boxes
We offer a range of equipment to be used in combination with our filter systems for paper, carton and cardboard production:
- DanSep – Pre-filter separator unit in 5 different sizes
- Energy Manager System – PLC based control system
- Energy Efficient Fans
- Rotary Valves – Non ATEX and ATEX
- Transport systems – Pneumatic systems
A dust extraction system can be supplied as a complete system with everything you need from energy control and safety components to material transport.
