EXTRACTION AND FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR ABRASIVE WASTE MATERIAL
At this customer’s production site in the Czech Republic, no less than six Moldow baghouse filters ensure extraction and filtration of the dust-filled air from the production. Due to the waste material being highly abrasive, an old filter was just replaced with a new – and bigger – one to ensure continued reliable operation and filtration of the dust extraction system.
Dust extraction system for mineral wool
The new Moldow filter, a 112 MXN-324 A MW, is with chain conveyor in the main channel and designed for use in the mineral wool industry, which requires special durable wear parts that are more resistant to the abrasive material.
The project with renewing this dust extraction system was realized in cooperation with our long-time trusted partner in the Czech Republic, Energotech-FT s.r.o.
