Installation of a New Wet Paint Line Underway in Mexico
We’ve officially started the installation of our latest automatic wet painting line for automotive plastic parts – this time for a customer in Mexico. As shown in the photo, there’s still work to be done before the system is fully operational, but the line has been custom-designed to meet the specific needs of the customer’s production.
Over the coming months, a team of Moldow supervisors and local fitters will carry out the full mechanical and electrical installation.
The complete line will include:
▪️ Pretreatment zone
▪️ Two wet filtration painting booths with robots
▪️ Flash-off zone
▪️ Drying oven
▪️ Cooling zones
▪️ Several neutral zones
▪️ Load/unload stations
In addition, we’re delivering all essential auxiliary systems, including ventilation, color system, paint kitchen, and conveyor system — providing the customer with a fully turnkey solution that ensures efficiency and high-quality output.
