At the DREMA exhibition in Poznań, we showcased a SB T Ex filter – and today, it is fully installed and operational at CrisTap, a leading upholstered furniture manufacturer in northwestern Poland.
Previously, CrisTap used two open dust collectors inside the production hall. To improve working conditions, optimise waste handling, and free up space, they decided to invest in a centralised extraction system from Moldow.
The project was managed by Moldow Polska from design to installation, resulting in a customised and efficient solution.
The solution includes:

SB T Ex filter designed for 9,000 m³/h

Fan, ducting and rotary valve

Control system with frequency inverter for energy savings

Automatic waste discharge into a big bag with level sensor

Return air system with fire damper
This investment provides CrisTap with a safer, more efficient, and cleaner production environment.
