The right oven designs ensures not only an efficient process and high-quality finish but also a long-lasting oven and thereby a solid investment.

Airflow: The Heart of Oven Performance

Generating the required airflow with fans that are custom-designed for the specific oven ensures the most efficient airflow, supporting fast and stable drying and curing for a wide variety of industrial products. If the fans are not designed to match the oven’s exact process parameters – such as temperature, pressure, product geometry, and required air flow – the result will be uneven heating, longer curing times, and, in the end, significantly higher energy consumption and lower curing quality.

In order to be able to achieve the above, all Moldow’s heating units have adjustable speed, controlled and adjusted by the overall control system.

Our ovens feature a specially designed air distribution ceiling that delivers vertical airflow for even and consistent ventilation throughout the drying or curing area. The heated air is recirculated within the oven, minimizing energy consumption while maintaining precise drying and curing conditions.

  • designing the wall construction to minimize thermal bridges
  • adapting entrance and exit openings to the product dimensions
  • configuring air curtains to match part geometry and heat-containment.
