We take on various engineering and manufacturing tasks – one example being an air heating system that we have supplied close to 50 of for one of our customers.

The right temperature and a balanced air flow is what this system and the right engineering ensures.

The system heats air to approx. 210°C for their dryer, and it usually includes an air heating tunnel with gas burner and two or three BarkerBille fans for circulation of the heated air and exhaust from the dryer.

For this project, the heating tunnel is 3.5 m long with a diameter of 2.1 m and manufactured heat resistant 235 MA and black steel.
