Large Filter as Part of Complete Dust Extraction System

This 15 m long MHL baghouse filter is now enjoying the beautiful weather in Denmark while waiting for pick-up.

Most of our filters are shipped unassembled in boxes, as they are for customers worldwide, but this one we’ve built it in our warehouse in Denmark in two parts and will transport it to site for installation as it is for a Danish customer.

When installed, the complete dust extraction system will also include rotary valves, a heat exchanger, a cyclone, four fans, duct work and control system.

Highly Reliable Dust Collector

The filter is an MHL S which means that it is equipped with a screw conveyor as the internal material transport system and automatic regeneration with reverse air cleaning. The screw conveyor in the main channel is a special one as the material is abrasive, which is also among the reasons that the highly reliable, efficient MHL filter has been chosen for this project.
