Who owns Moldow?

Moldow A/S is a 100% Danish company owned by JHM Holsted Holding A/S, which is owned by Hoffmann Capital A/S and Holsted Invest A/S.

Holsted Invest A/S is the former 100% owners of Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S. It is owned by K. Preben Hansen and Anna Birgitte Ipsen, who are children of the founders and in charge of the day-to-day management of Moldow A/S.

Hoffmann Capital A/S came in as part-owner in 2005 and is owned by B. Hoffmann Holding ApS, P. Hoffmann Holding ApS and H.M. Hoffmann Holding ApS – owned by daughters of industrialist Johan Hoffmann, who built up one of Europe’s largest companies within dog and cat food, A/S Arovit Petfood.
