Moldow is a Danish-owned company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of advanced dust extraction systems and painting lines for wet paint and powder coating applications. Due to the continued growth of our business in Poland, we are looking for a skilled candidate to join Moldow Polska in the position of:

Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of Moldow’s systems at customer sites across Poland and occasionally other European countries,
  • Performing inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance and repairs,
  • Troubleshooting and repairs of technical faults (mechanical and electrical),
  • Supervision and final acceptance during installation,
  • Preparing service reports following completed work,
  • Providing technical support to customers and internal Moldow departments,
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional on-site support.

Requirements

  • Technical education (mechanical, electrical or related fields),
  • Experience in field service work / maintenance is an advantage,
  • Ability to read technical documentation and schematics,
  • Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills,
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Poland and occasionally within Europe,
  • Valid Category B driving license,
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly,
  • Native-level Polish and proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
  • SEP E1 electrical qualification up to 1kV will be an advantage.
